You can return the product you bought in the following cases:
i. In all cases, in which by mistake of the Company were sent products that you did not order, which you received in good faith. The return of the non-ordered items must be made within five (5) working days from their receipt, otherwise the Company is not obliged to re-execute the original order. If the return / replacement is due to a proven mistake of the Company, the costs of sending the new product or returning your money are borne by the Company.
ii. In case of delivery of a defective product, in which case you can request its replacement with another or your refund, although the Company thoroughly checks the products before sending your order. If the return / replacement is due to a proven defect of the product, the shipping costs of the new product or your refund will be borne by the Company. It is pointed out that the Company is responsible for compensation in case of lack of agreed capacity or the existence of a real defect if this has been caused by its fault as defined in articles 534 et seq. Of the Civil Code.
iii. In case you want to change the product with another or change the size. Within five (5) working days from the receipt of the product you have the opportunity to change the product you received with another of equal value to the price you have already paid or with an additional price if you wish. The change is made only in items of the same or previous seasons.

Ιv. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you have the obligation to complete and send the special "return form" that you will find here. You are obliged to send the product in the same condition in which you received it, ie without having its packaging violated and without removing the special markings of the product. In addition, you must include the retail sales receipt at the same time as submitting the withdrawal statement contained in the "withdrawal form". The return will be accepted only by sending with a transport company (courier) and only after the approval of the Company.
In this case you have the right to return the product and request the payment of the price you paid within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product under Law 2251/1994. Receipt is considered the day you acquired the physical possession of the products. In case you bought more products with the same order, which were delivered separately, the day of receipt is considered the day you received the last product.

in the condition in which it was delivered to you and within the same deadline we are obliged to issue you a credit for future purchases or to refund any amounts you have paid us. The refund is made either in the same way in which you chose to pay for your order or in the bank account that you will indicate to us in the withdrawal form.
In any case to be able to return the product:
1. The returned products must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage, as well as the self-adhesive protective tape must be present. The packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition and the special markings (tabs / barcode) have not been removed.
2. The products must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (receipt, consignment note, invoice, etc.).
When trying products, make sure that they do not come into contact with anything that may leave a mark or odor, for example perfumes, deodorants, tobacco etc.
o For hygiene reasons, returns on underwear (thongs, boxers, panties, etc.) are not accepted. In women's swimwear with self-adhesive protective tape and panties, the return can be made only if this tape has not been removed. Brazilian swimsuits, thong swimsuits and any swimsuits that are not sold with protective tape are not returned.
